These Terms govern your use of the Application and the services offered by NajinEp d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Application.
We may update these Terms at any time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you via email or in the Application.

About the Application
Epicouple is an application designed for the relational and spiritual growth of married couples. It offers content, interactive exercises and progress tracking for couples who want to improve their relationship and deepen their spiritual life.
Service Availability
The Application is available through Google Play Store and Apple App Store and can be used on supported mobile devices.
Suitability of Use
To use the Application, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian if you are younger.
Values and User Addressing
The Application is based on a Christian view of marriage and family. By using the Application, users accept that the content is designed in accordance with the understanding of marriage as a relationship between a husband and wife. Users agree that the application addresses them through this value framework and that the application is not adapted to other forms of partnership.
License Grant, Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the application exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to:
- reverse engineer, modify or distribute the application without permission,
- share user accounts with third parties,
- use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All content in the application, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings and software, is the intellectual property of NajinEp d.o.o. and is protected by copyright and other legal provisions.
Any copying, distribution, public display or any other use of content without prior written consent from NajinEp d.o.o. is prohibited. This also applies to free sharing of content with third parties. Instead, we kindly invite you to help spread the mission of the application by recommending its operation to friends and family, thereby supporting the growth and development of a program that helps couples on their relational and spiritual journey.
Technical Requirements and Accessibility
The Application is compatible with the latest versions of Android and iOS operating systems. A stable internet connection is required for proper operation. Older devices or operating systems may not be supported, which may affect the user experience.
Updates and Application Changes
NajinEp d.o.o. reserves the right to make changes, improvements or discontinue certain functionalities of the application without prior notice. Users are required to regularly update the application to ensure its proper operation.
The Application is available "as is", without any express or implied warranties regarding its additions or extensions.
Links to Third Party Websites
The Application may contain links to external websites or resources. NajinEp d.o.o. is not responsible for the content, policies or privacy practices of these websites and assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from the use of external links.

Conclusion of Purchase Agreement
Contract Formation
The purchase agreement between NajinEp d.o.o. and the user is concluded at the moment when the user accepts these Terms of Use and makes payment for the subscription to use the Application.
Subject of the Contract
The subject of the purchase agreement is access to the paid functionalities of the Application in accordance with the selected subscription model (monthly or annual subscription). The user acquires the right to use the Application in accordance with the specified functionalities and subscription conditions.
Payments and Pricing
Subscription prices are specified in the pricing on the Website or in the Google Play and App Store app stores. Payment is made through the selected payment service provider. The user agrees that the subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
Withdrawal from Contract
User's Right to Withdraw
The user has the right to withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract without stating a reason, unless they have already started using the application services. Starting to use services means logging into the application and accessing paid content.
If the user withdraws from the contract within the permitted period and has not yet used the services, we will refund the full subscription amount. In case the user has already accessed the services, a refund is not possible.
In case of withdrawal, the user must send a written statement by email, stating their name, the email address with which they are registered in the application, and the date of subscription. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
Contract Termination by NajinEp d.o.o.
NajinEp d.o.o. reserves the right to terminate the contract and revoke access to the application in the following cases:
- if the user violates these Terms of Use,
- if the user uses the application in a way that harms other users or the company,
- if there are outstanding payment obligations for the subscription.
